Ordered big beautiful ferns and hanging baskets online from YouTube and received small picks that were obviously not what was advertised. There are no phone numbers or any way to get in contact with these companies except through email which they do not answer back.

The ad says they are "made and shipped in the USA and if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email [email protected]." You have no way of knowing where they're coming from or that this is a scam. The photo is of what was offered not at all what arrived.
