This scammer operates under the Business named Niagara Gold and Silver, LLC. The owner himself is a scam artist whose real name is Warith Deen Muhammad. He resides in McLean, Va. the scammer uses other friends as recruiters to bring him Business. He pretends that he is investing your money by purchasing Gold. He promises a 10% return on investment monthly and a promise to return your principal amount invested. The scammer is consistent in delivering a return for a few months, then he stops sending money and keeps all money he received. He gains your trust by going through recruiters that you trust. I believe the recruiters are aware of the scam and collect money also for bringing individuals to Warith Deen Muhammad who goes by the name Deen. He is currently operating in the DC, Md and Northern Virginia area. I’ve recently seen cases filed against Warith Deen Muhammad and Niagara Gold and silver that originated in DADE County Florida. Once payments stop he leads you on to believe he will return your money, but he does not. He has gotten away with this same scam on several people in several states. He has a warrant for his arrest listed in the Fairfax County online court case search system.
