I hired Noah to complete a few concrete projects. I paid a deposit and for the concrete Delivery. There was never a crew to show up and Noah did one project by himself. Very poor quality and not even, potentially causing structural damage when rain drains into my foundation. Noah never returned leaving excessive concrete on top of excessive gravel in my yard and never removed the framing. I have tries to contact him to complete and he will not respond.
