I received a text message stating they were "Ms. Rebbekah Otto" from NextGen Healthcare. Stated they received my resume from indeed and wanted to verify it was my number. I replied that it was me and they sent back that "you've been shortlisted for an online interview for one of the remote positions of Data Entry Clerk and Live Chat Agent and your interview is scheduled for today." The starting pay seemed high at $30.50 per hour, and then the spelling and grammar mistakes started showing up. They requested I start the interview process by sending a teams link to connect with "Mr. Anthony McCall". I asked if he was available all day and was told "Yes, kindly reach out to him when you're ready to proceed". I can't say I've ever been the one to initiate the interview process, I've always been given a time and a separate email with the teams information in it.
