Received multiple letters in the mail stating I needed to file my annual report. Replied to the scammer and they said they were legit. They were not, they took my $175 never filed my annual report and now won't respond to my emails.

These scammers used my business name, and name and address. Their document looked quite official. They even offered a QR code for quick payment and a $10.00 savings when online "registration" is completed. They're address is a PO box, and their .com is simply a .co for their online business name. They also offered, "You can file it yourself for the state fee of $70 directly with the State Corporation Commission", not the real name for the state office for annual filing.

Received instruction to register and pay to maintain LLC status with the State of Washington. Mis-quotes state law. Represents itself as a service to fulfill a (false) requirement with the State.

I received a letter stating that my business needed to file by March 31st in order to remain active and demanding I pay $175 to renew before the deadline. Nowhere on this letter does it state that this is an independent business not associated with the state of Washington. It is mis-representing itself in order to gain money from small businesses.

We received a notice saying it was time for our "2025 Annual Registration" for "Commercial Filing Services for Washington Corporate Entities". They say to "Avoid costly penalties & keep your business active & complaint" It also says "Failure to file can result in your business being administratively dissolved under RCW 23.95.605" they provide a link for payment, ask basic questions pertaining to the business, and ask for payment at the bottom of the page. On the back of the form the send via Postal Mail, there is a WA state logo, and a partial quotation of the RCW 25.15.806.
