We received a notice saying it was time for our "2025 Annual Registration" for "Commercial Filing Services for Washington Corporate Entities". They say to "Avoid costly penalties & keep your business active & complaint" It also says "Failure to file can result in your business being administratively dissolved under RCW 23.95.605" they provide a link for payment, ask basic questions pertaining to the business, and ask for payment at the bottom of the page. On the back of the form the send via Postal Mail, there is a WA state logo, and a partial quotation of the RCW 25.15.806.

Pretend to be Washington Secretary State and send final notice to an LLC to get extra money on annual report and fee.
