Nexalift offered a standing desk and accessories. I ordered online. I ordered a desk and several accessories. Order #1009. Received notice that it was shipping and would arrive today. Received a USPS tracking number from them. Received notice that it was delivered. Looked around my house and did not see a delivery. When I looked in the mailbox, there was a small package. It was addressed to someone else (Anthony Miler -- I didn't notice this until after I opened it), and it contained a small pencil eraser. See picture.

Checked the tracking number, and it matches my "desk" delivery.

I reported this to the company several times and have not been contacted. I submitted a dispute with my bank / credit card and they are issuing me a credit.

Today I see someone else submitted a review on their website saying basically the same thing happened.
