Online Shopping Scam

I normally order from Chewy.com for my dog, but they didn't have the item that I wanted in his size. At the time, I didn't realize the Frisco brand was exclusively sold by Chewy. I found a website online (newpetsuppliesus.com) selling Frisco items. It looked legitimate and I thought it was the distributor company. I placed an order in September and haven't received the products or a refund in November. I have been told lies and given the run around by this "company" for the last month. It's always the same customer service rep responding to my emails and now they're no longer responding. I honestly believe that I was scammed and I'll probably never get my money back. I just want to warn other online shoppers to be careful! Don't buy from websites that you're unfamiliar with. Do your research, because the signs will be there. They are using this physical address: 2963 Spinnaker Lane

60606. I did a Google search and this address is tied to another fake business with lots of customer complaints. It's not ok to take people's hard earned money and not deliver a product or refund. Again, I want other pet owners to be aware!
