I booked a flight on New Travel Trip over 3 months ago. I received a confirmation letter with my itinerary stating that my e-tickets would be sent when payment was received. My credit card was charged yet I still have not received my e-tickets. Multiple phone calls and emails result in the same recycled responses promising the tickets within 24 hours yet no tickets have been issued. I Googled New Travel Trip and found that this is common practice for this company! I have reported them to all of the appropriate federal government agencies! DON'T FALL VICTIMS TO THESE SCAMMERS!

I purchased air line tickets on line, I called back and canceled them. But before that I keep trying to get them to send me my e ticket. They was always having technical problems. So. That why I canceled. But, now it been more than 21 days and still have not got a refund and can not get ahold of a person. The web site is still up and the number seems legit, but can’t reach a person.

I used this website to order 6 plane tickets which came out to a total of almost $2,000.00. I received a supposed confirmation email but no e tickets. Everytime I tried to call customer support they hung up on me or told me to email them. Everytime I emailed them they continued to send the same recycled email response telling me I would receive my tickets in the next 24 hours. They lead you on to think you will receive your tickets up until the day you leave only to have you show up to the airport and be informed that those tickets never existed. They are a fraud. I never got my tickets or my money back.

I thought I was booking a flight with Southwest Airlines, and then a website came up that I've never heard of. I already made the reservation. Something didn't feel right about this reservation. I did receive an E-ticket from Southwest Airlines. I contacted Southwest Airlines and the representative said I should've received my confirmation number from Southwest Airlines right away. I typed in the website New Travel Trip and looked at the reviews and called to cancel payment. This scam company had a lot of bad reviews. I contacted Southwest and they never heard of this travel agency. New Travel Trip sent me an email stating my reservation was cancelled after they learned they couldn't get payment. Please do not book through this company, it is definitely a SCAM!
