I ordered something online they signed me up for a subscription. I asked for it to be canceled when they took money out the next month. They assured me it was canceled and I've been charged 4 times since then. When I contact them thru email they keep sending generic emails back to me. Their website says you can cancel thru the subscription portal but that doesn't exist at all.
