Information was mainly presented by Dr Memmet Oz who was promoting the study of the product Neuro Tyde. Also told of a money back guarantee which never was provided. A telephone number given went to a recording of no such number.

Ordered Neuro Tyde. Received 3 bottles. Changed my mind and want to return it. No valid email, no valid phone number. They did provide fake email and fake phone number. Tried to send an email requesting return & refund. Email said not a valid email. Tried to call the phone number but disconnected as soon as dialed.

Drops to help with memory loss. Ordered 3 bottles but was sent and charged for 12. Husband has Alzheimer’s and on many medications so can’t take at all. Tried calling number given by credit card company but no record of my order but already charged on my account. Trying to reach someone to send me a return label.
