Neuro Mind Pro with Bill Gates making a very long presentation on his efforts to find an answer to memory loss because of the loss of his father to memory loss. After ordering two bottles for $167.99 they texted me trying to increase the order to 6 bottles for around $250. I checked on AI and it said it was a complete scam and it was an AI Bill Gates so on the text I said to cancel my order. Yesterday two bottles arrived of two totally unrelated products totally unrelated to what I was going to buy. I called and they told me to send them back to Ogden and I did today.

I ordered 6 bottles of “Neuro Mind Pro”. When I discovered the testimonials by Bill Gates and Tom Hanks in the promotional material were AI generated, I emailed “support@northsupplements” requesting a refund (I had NOT as yet received the product.) and got a response that my request would be reviewed and I would receive a response within 7 days. When after 19 days I had not received any communication, I emailed the company again, insisting on a refund. I received a form requesting, among other information, the order number and proof that I had returned the order. I have requested an address to return the order but have not as yet received one.

In an attempt to obtain a mailing address for the company, I googled the company telephone number. This pulled up a fraud report to the BBB. Based on this information, I am submitting this fraud report.
