I was offered a discount price of $9.99 for a week's subscription. The normal price is $20.99 for 1 week. I decided to take the offer. After accepting, I was charged $1.99, then 2 hours later I was charged $19.99. They refused to give me a refund because they said I already started using the subscription. Yes I did. Because I agreed to the $9.99 charge. Not the $20.99. They kept refusing to refund me after explaining over and over again.
