Deceptive bait-and-switch transaction by the merchant. The merchant explicitly advertised a garment with a physical "beaded bodice" and displayed high-resolution images confirming three-dimensional, textured beadwork. Furthermore, they prominently advertise a "30-day money-back guarantee" on their website to induce consumer confidence. The item delivered deviates fundamentally and unacceptably from the advertised description. It features absolutely zero physical beadwork, sequins, or dimensional embellishments. Instead, it is a single piece of cheap, low-quality fabric with a flat image of beads digitally printed onto the material. The item is entirely unusable and looks nothing like the product listing. When contacted directly regarding this blatant misrepresentation, the merchant refused to honor their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. Instead, they offered a mere 10% partial refund on the condition that I keep a fundamentally misrepresented product.
