I received a letter from a company pretending to be my son's health insurance Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. I call the number provided which I shouldn't have done (I know better; I made the mistake today!). This company is pretending to be Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and does a really good job behaving like a health insurance broker explaining why the policy was cancelled and recommending a better one. How did this pretend company get my son's name? how did they know his health insurance? how did they know his mailing address? Please find these criminals and shut them down.
