Unauthorized credit card charges

My credit card was charged two times for $1.25 each and a third charge for $19.63 was attempted but blocked by my credit card. I attempted to research the website neighd.net to no avail. It appears to be a scam/fraud data mining company registered to a Colorado, USA address attempting to steal personal and credit card information. The website claims to be a customer support website for businesses, however, there is no other identifying information about the "company" or the "services" they provide until you look up the parent company GoldenTrio.inc. Buyer beware, this is a scam/fraud company to steal your private and credit card information!
