Subject (Mark Negley) left a business flyer in my mailbox for mowing, yard cleanup and landscaping services. I called and he (Mark Negley) came over to give an estimate. I hired him to do a spring cleanup and signed contract with him for a season of weekly mowing. Gave him a check for deposit of $350. He said he would be back with a crew to do initial mowing and cleanup in two days. He cashed my check the very next morning and never showed up. After repeated calls to his voicemail, six days later he called with message that job would be done the next day. Again he was a no show, not ever a phone call. I

have left more messages saying that I want my money back and have received no response from him. I just want my money back so I can hire someone else. I gave him the only money I had. My grass is almost a foot high now and I could have had someone else do the job if he didn't take my money for a job he refused to do. I am an older woman and not in the best of health so I can't do this job myself. I would just like to get my money back and warn other's about this unscrupulous man (Mark Negley)and his business.(NEGLEYS LANDSCAPING & DRAINAGE- 100 Mariemont, Buffalo NY 14220 - 716-536-6471.
