I ordered a hoodie from a website - I received a completely different product than what I ordered. Company advertised refunds and exchanges, but when I emailed they refused to refund or exchange but offered me a 20% discount on the next order. Waste of the $60.71 I ordered, product will barely fit a 6 yr old child much less my 16 yr old son.
