No provision for contact with company about product. Generic superfluous meaningless double-talk response to email, and when calling the phone number a recording, "This line is not available." Advertisement is deceptive especially appealing to older folks who inevitably have sore or aching feet, with promises of relief and a new adventurous life. Product arrives in an extraordinary long period of time, is shipped in a cloth bag, and does NOT fit (way too tight), and of very poor quality, but more adequately would be described as a knock-off of a marketing product from a movie.
