Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I needed help finding a person to help me with my rejected home insurance claim so I came across this website called Nationwide Insurance Claim Advocates (NICA) and so I asked for information on the online chat of the website to see how they could help. I had to enter my name and phone number and after doing so a person by the name Aleksandr Guldshtadt called me back right away. After discussing my claim with him over the phone on 3/11//21 and sharing some paperwork with him via pictures on text message he said he could help and proceeded to send me a contract via email over DocuSign. I signed the contract that same day and I tried to follow-up on the status of the claim after he said he would contact the insurance adjustor but it was hard to get a hold of him. He texted me back on 3/18/21 and said he would call me back with updates but never did. I notified him I would be going out of town for a week and would not be able to be in touch until I got back on 3/27/21. I been trying to reach him multiple times since my return and have not heard from him. I have called him and texted him looking for updates on the status of my claim and yet no response. I proceeded to go back to the website's company where I found him and called that phone number on the website and funny thing is that he personally answered that phone, which is different from the one he uses to contact you. He stalled when I told him who I was and that I was seeking information regarding my claim. He said he wasn't sure who he was talking to and he would call me back in 2 hrs when he got to his office and he never did. His behavior and work ethic seems fraudulent. I searched him on google and he appears to have different construction company names around the LA area with bad reviews and people saying he "ghosted" after starting jobs. I am afraid he is trying to scam me by receiving the insurance money for my home loss that was originally rejected.
