Contacted by company. Said they would find affordable solutions for my mortgage to avoid foreclosure on our home, didn't have a lot of personal information but asked for a lot of personal information, including mortgage information and redacted bank statements. Was in the process of modifying our loan and was supposed to receive paperwork within 24 hours and never got or and also never got a phone call. She emaild and said she has a medical emergency. This was the second time. Have still not received any paperwork.
