Crooks!!!!

These people want to be paid upfront. Don't do it. They lie and take your money. I had a tire that came off my car. Broke all the lug nuts off. I called they said 30 to 60 minutes. I said I am in the middle lane there is a lot of traffic and the police parked behind me want the truck here. It has been over an hour. Well no truck. My daughter and officer called a local company. I was to that these [censored] were a local company. Well the local company showed up in about 10 minutes and I was still waiting on this other company. I canceled the service but they charged me 89.00 for cancelation fee. Don't ever use National Roadside Towing!

DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY. We have been waiting for 3 DAYS to get a tire change. The 1st night our card wasn't working, understandable. Second day she said the tire we have has defects. We can reschedule for 8/9 am tmr. We wait til this morning. And we pay expecting for the dispatcher to be here and change our tire. She calls back and says we don't have your tire. It's almost noon and the dispatcher isn't even here. We've had to call multiple times. We've waited 3 days, PAYED $467.96, just for us to change the tires ourselves. Work on communicating with your coworkers, and sell what's in stock.
