We signed on for their assistance and we received a modification on our loan and the 9 months of back payments were wiped away. We feel so blessed. Advised they were working with my bank to help me with mortgage loan modification. Asked me to set up 4 monthly payments that were going to be sent to us bank and applied to my mortgage but when I received the documents it was 4 monthly payments being applied for their fees.

Stear clear of this place. They are not in it to help anyone they are only focused on what money they can get off the clients for themselves.

This company helped me with my loan modification amazingly! Yes the fees are for the law firm and they never stated anything different. This company got me current and lowered my mortgage payment and I am grateful! I would highly recommend them!
I was out of work for many months when they contacted me...I would have lost my home that I have worked hard if it wasn't for them!
