Received a call from George Martin with National Institute of Health advising I had been selected to receive a federal grant. Wanted my banking information to deposit directly into my account, but wanted me to pay $200.00 up front for processing by purchasing a I Tunes Card and call him back with the information from the card. I told him it was a scam and hung up the phone.

They said it was a grant that google was awarding. $14,566.00 in order for them to wire me money I needed to go to Walmart or CVS and register to google then contact them back. Ms. Shawn Phillips Provided an IN number. They also asked me if I have any overdrafts on my account. They asked for my bank and routing number I provided it but then called the bank because I felt it was a scam. They never came out and said there was a fee. but they wanted to make sure I had money in the bank. Contacted the ScamPulse.com. And this was a second attempted to get me to take the Grant?? I may have lost $20.00? I started getting these calls after I done a survey over the phone. A medical survey. Where I qualified for free Back or Knee braces and they asked a lot of questions about my Health, Insurance coverage.

I recd a phone call at 1:00 PM today from Michael Johnson who said the govt was going to give me a $14,566 grant because I had a good credit history; no bankruptcy; no criminal record; etc. Michael said they would send the money via Western Union, MoneyGram; or Debit Card. He also gave me his 347 number to call him back; I did not call back.

I received a call saying that I was chosen for a grant by the US government for being a good citizen I was asked to confirm a few items for identification, I was then placed on hold, once I was off of hold I was then connected to a man by the name of Albert Smith... After the hold, Albert Smith had asked what I was going to do with the money and told me that I wasn't able to tell anyone about it because it was "confidential" and that I needed to go to my near by Walgreens to grab a "Google Registration card" and then pay a $400 activation fee either with cash or with my card.. He then proceeded to ask me "What are you going to do to ask your family for the money?" I had replied "Ask them hey I need some help with this activation fee so I can get this $14000 grant." He was then frustrated by the fact that I was wanting to tell my family about the grant. He wasn't yelling at me but I could hear it in his voice. He then said that I need to tell them it was for emergency bills..

I received a call from National Institute of Health (NIH) stating that I had been pre selected to receive federal grant monies funded by Apple. I was chosen due to my recent Apple purchase. To receive the grant monies of 14,500 you have to pay a processing fee of 400 dollars. You are to load the money on iTunes gift cards which will allow them verify your identity through your Apple ID as they do not ask for any personal info. Once you download the money to the cards and provide them the gift card numbers they transfer you to another person who claims to be the irs and you are then asked to pay 1000 in taxes before the money can be released. When I refused to pay anymore and asked for the return of my 400 the representative refused and basically tells you it’s a scam and there is nothing you can do to get your processing fee back or the grant monies promised,
