Received a fake invoice from this company thanking us for the opportunity to "continue to service [our] account." The invoice is supposedly for a hospitality listing. Their website is fraudulent and carries a security warning. They are using two email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. We do not do business with this company, nor have we ever. Be suspicious of this scam.

Received a fake invoice for an annual listing renewal that doesn't exist. The invoice states "Thank you for the opportunity to continue to service your account". We don't have an account. The company address is a mailbox at the UPS store.

Like others have complained about, we received an invoice for just under $400 for "Annual listing in national hotel motel directory, renewal". We have never requested services from this company and have never before paid this company, so there is no way it could be a "renewal" as stated. They are sending invoices as a tactic to trick companies into paying for their services without it ever being requested or agreed to. Luckily we caught it before paying them anything but the next company might not be so lucky.

Received an invoice in the amount of $398.50 from National Hotel-Motel Association for the Annual Listing in National Hotel Motel Directory Renewal 1@ $398.50 run dates from 10/1/2018 through 9/30/2019. After numerous calls and emails I researched this company (no website) and no-one answers phone nor responses to emails. I declined and returned to fax: 888-804-1787. Be cautious, there is a National Hotels Association which has NO affiliation with this company and all hotels should research before paying their invoice as this is the time, they are being sent out.
