I had subscribed to the NGOA. I cancelled my subscription on September 24, 2015. I have been charged on my credit card monthly since. I spoke with someone at the NGOA and told them that I had cancelled my subscription, and got a partial refund for 1 month. I was charges twice in November, I disputed the charges with my Credit union, but haven't received my refund yet. I got another email from NGOA today thanking me for making another payment, which I didn't authorize. This time it was on my debit card instead of my Credit Card. I don't know how they even got my debit card information. I want to lodge a formal complaint on NGOA for charging me for a subscription that I don't want, and for billing me without permission. I have to now cancel my debit card and have a new one issued. I have others comment to me that they have had similar experiences with NGOA. I am encouraging them to file a complaint as well. The latest email, which I received today is a billing for August 15, 2015. I believe they predating the bill in order to collect the falsified charges.
