Received final notice of eligibility for reduced mortgage rate thru the Cares_act economic Stimulus Plan. Called spoke with a women who sounded very caring ver convincing and set up an appointment for mortgage rep- rep called reviewed paperwork on computer, talked about upfront fees and signed an agreement. Checked website and got frauds warning, checked with ScamPulse.com and got same.
