Robocall about debt hardship program preapproval

I got a voicemail from what sounds like an AI robocall. The voicemail is "Hi, this is Susan from National Advisory center. Hope all is well with you. Go ahead and give you a call back at 833-333-7507. I'm just calling to let you know that we do have your preapproval for up to $50,000 for the alternative debt hardship programs that went into effect July 1st, 2026. So give me a call back at your earliest convenience, and um, it's fine. You can speak to me or to one of my associates. Again, the number is 833-333-7507. Thanks."

I got a voicemail from "Susan from National Advisory Center" claiming I am preapproved for up to $50,000 for the alternative debt hardship programs that went into effect July 1st, 2026. The number that called and left a voicemail did not match the callback number in the voicemail.

I have been receiving repeated calls leaving the following message: "Hi, this is Susan from National Advisory Center. I hope all is well with you. Um, go ahead and give me a call back at 833-333-7511. Um, I'm just calling to let you know that we do have your preapproval for up to $50,000 for the alternative debt hardship programs that went into effect July 1st, 2026. So go ahead and give me a call back at your earliest convenience, um, and it's fine. You can speak to me or one of my associates. Again, the number is 833-333-7511. Thanks." Numbers the call has come from 1-530-291-0651
