After a round of hail storms, a Michael Cortes knocked on the door asking if we wanted an estimate on possible hail damage. After finding some damage, we submitted a claim against our insurance. Insurance came back with a refusal to acknowledge/pay out the claim. National Adjusters L.L.C submitted more paperwork to our insurance and our insurance paid out $1000.00 and sent it directly to them. When we found this to be the result of our claim, we tried to contact Michael Cortes or anyone at National Adjusters L.L.C. and had the phone hung up on us. No one would speak to us about fixing the damage found with the money they were given. No one has contacted us about scheduling the repairs and we can’t get anyone to speak with us about it
