They have a full refund return policy on their website and are listed as operating in Florida. After attempting to return an item due to extremely poor quality, they could only offer 20% or store credit. After asking to ship it back to them it came to be that their address is in Hong Kong. He said I got 20% back but never did. Total scam.

I ordered two dresses from this merchant thinking that they were located in Florida. This company is really in Thailand or somewhere overseas. When I received the 2 cheap dresses that looked nothing like the photo, I tried to return them.They gave me the run around for a while and decided to refund only 20% after I contacted After pay and stopped payments. This company is a scam and represents itself like an American company but they are not.
