Bought from Naples Boutique which by all investigating appears to be out of Naples Florida and offers free shipping & returns. ONLY to discover after buying 4 items of clothing from this website it ships from China, they make it impossible to return. I just searched the address provided and found this ScamPulse.com scam listing so my experience is added to the list. This is the address they gave me to return to: Recipient Name: Mr. Wang Room 202, 2nd Floor, Building 6, Huanle Smart Industrial Park, No. 16 Exihutian Road, Pinghu Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, Tel: +86 185 8841 4149, Post Code: 518511 - yet what country is this??? Such a scam! I have contacted my credit card company but this website should be removed! The items are not from a Florida store they dupe you into buying horrible quality clothing nothing like pictured then give you a miserable time when you try to return them as they say is easy! NOT

Product ordered via website through an Instagram ad. The dresses took 1-2 weeks to arrive. The dresses didn’t fit right so I reached out to Naples Boutique support to get a return label. We have emailed back and forth for 2 weeks and they refuse to give me a refund by offering 10 percent of price paid or 20 percent and on the website there is a 30-day refund money back guarantee. The company emails you repeatedly the wrong solution to stall past the 30-day mark.
