I purchased a dress from Naples boutique Florida. It has a US website and states on their site they are in Florida. I received it weeks later and it was very poor quality. The dress was hardly held together and did not match the picture or description. I tried to return and emailed back and forth with them about 4 times (they offered me many ways to keep the dress and have store credit). I declined and they sent me a fake address to send overseas and required tracking. It would have cost more to return the dress, and they said it had to be tracked and no refund if they didn't get it. Their website that states they are in Florida says they have a 30 day money back guarantee. It does not say you have to ship the dress with tracking overseas.
