I found this website from a Facebook ad. The website looked legit. All of the items looked well made and appealing. I ordered a set of 3 stackable rings personalized with my kids' birthstones on one and the word mama engraved on another one. It took nearly three weeks to receive the item and when I got it, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. The rings were welded together instead of three different ones. It had 5 birthstones on it, I do not know which ones. The word mama was engraved but it looked nothing like the picture. And lastly, it was the wrong size. I emailed customer service immediately and let them know all of my issues. I also sent them pictures of what the item was advertised to look like and what it actually looked like. I received an email back stating that the warehouse sent out the wrong thing. They told me to give it as a gift or resell it. They offered me a 10% discount on the next item i purchased. I emailed them again and told them that that was unacceptable and they needed to either send me the correct item or refund me and I would send it back. They responded and offered me $8 off my next purchase.
