I, along with 3 other volunteers, run a 503c non-profit foster based animal rescue in Huntington Beach California. As secretary, I answer all email correspondence. I replied to an email on March 16, 2025 to Amy Napier. She sent an email via our contact form on our website (www.angels4paws.us) on March 13, 2025 saying she had an RV to donate. I followed up to ensure she did not contact us by mistake. Her reply indicated she in fact wanted to donate the RV. I brought up the email to our team and we decided to move forward with the donation. She asked that we pay for the shipping costs and she would give me the title. Sadly, I learned too late that this was a scam and I did send the money for the transportation of the RV to my home. I do have the emails of our correspondences and the emails of my correspondence with the RV storage unit that supposedly had the RV.

Below is the name of the person and email I originally dealt with. There is not place for an additional contact (which I presume is the same person) but the RV was at LTW Moving & Storage and all correspondence with them was from Helena Gill via [email protected].
