Had ads to claim an effort to fill pre-orders to fund getting orders filled and shipped. I ordered 7/10/25, then was emailed a pre-order updates on 9/20, 10/25, then 11/3, then emailed a shipping target for December on 12/10/25. Then they emailed on 2/24/26 that the order was cancelled and refunded. On 2/25/26 they emailed payouts were frozen due to a pending lawsuit with Shopify. On 4/30/26 I received a reply after I emailed them to inquire again about my refund that did not credit my credit card account. They replied sharing an image to confirm that Shopify denied the refund, and instructed me to try to have my bank initiate a chargeback and they would accept it right away. This is conveniently much past the time frame that allows me to start a dispute against the charge with my credit card company for merchandise paid for and not received. I can provide all of the emails, but do not want my email or identifying information to be used.

I placed an order in July through the namarie.com website. After more than a month, I still have not received the items and despite several emails to the company, I have not received any response. I had to file a dispute with my bank, that is currently in process. If you look at Trustpilot and/or Reddit, you will see this is a common experience.

Company boasts "clean non toxic leggings" "won't give you cancer". Waited 10 weeks after purchase to receive order the leggings received were extremely see-through and the sewing finishings were that you would expect of SHEIN. The material list is a 'regenerated hemp' whatever that is and 22% elastane, elastane is still plastic. I was unhappy with the items I purchased and returned all 3 items I received including 2 leggings and a bra that was free with purchase. Namarie return policy states full refund within 48 hours of receiving return products as long as there is no damage with the items. I had to contact the company to see where my refund status was at that's when the scam happened. This BS company claimed they only received back the free item, how convenient, and refused to refund my purchase. Fortunately I used a credit card and was able to get my company involved to help get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will STEAL from you after you dislike their poor quality expensive product.
Ordered their clean leggings and received see through poorly made garments. Initiated a return of three items one of which was marked as 'free with purchase'. Waited for return and contacted the company to find out they claim I never received 2/3 items. No surprise the only item they 'claim' they received back was conveniently the free item. They insist on photo proof of return and were 'waiting' for warehouse to confirm an error or not. This company is a scam. I waited 10 weeks to now be harassed with return process that has ended in a credit card dispute.
