They used social media ads and customer testimonials on the website, including mock product images that looked real. The product I ordered never showed up. When I complained to customer service, they said I had to wait a specified length of time even though it had already passed. I then suddenly received the item a few days later but it came in an unmarked bag with return address simply as "Seller" in a completely different state from the website and inside the box and product was a generic one that likely just came from Amazon.
