I placed an order 7/23 for two pajama pieces on their website, mythologicalbabyco.com. They were a pre-order expected to ship around October. The company, Mythological Baby Co, has continuously claimed production problems and keeps pushing the date back. The last update was April 2024 and I was told to expect my purchase in April or May. I have not heard anything further and they are not returning messages at this point, even when I email [email protected]. According to their Facebook, many people are having these problems with them not responding anymore. I am hoping I can dispute the charge for $68 with my bank at this point.
