WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Firstly the order is taking too long online it said 4-7 business days but it’s been over 2 weeks now and I still haven’t received my order. After the long wait I decided I wanted to cancel and was emailed back basically no I can’t cancel. I demanded a refund and told them I know when I’m being scammed and still no answer. No phone number was available either. It was get frustrating to not have at least a potential estimated delivery date. There was no communication what so ever until I reached out and when checking on the status it said it was all the way in Thailand and never moved since the date of order. All the messages were automated and untimely emails in the middle of the night that I only saw because I work night shift. I’m reporting them to my bank as a scam for my money back. $58.43. I’m so upset because this was a six year anniversary gift to my husband who just released his first single which is on different platforms such as Spotify. I wanted a custom scannable song plaque and Keya ring barcode but I doubt I’ll ever receive it.

I ordered December 10th 2021, a wallet, a card, and Spotify music carving, the SHOP app still says order placed not shipped not in transit. I paid extra for fast delivery 4-7 days and emailed them but just automated message

I ordered on May 1, 2020. Their website states that my order would be in within 12-15 business days. I gave them ample time. I contacted them, and everytime they say the package was sent. There hasn’t been an update since May 8th.

I ordered a wallet from this company at the beginning of November and now it’s January and I still have not received my order. I have contacted the seller multiple times with the same automated response that I will receive it within 4-5 days. It has been over a month now and still not order. I requested a refund and/or another wallet and was denied. I filed a claim with my credit card company and the postal service. This company is a SCAM! They are just out there to steal hard working people’s money. They need to be shut down!!!

I ordered a wallet from them with a picture I provided and paid extra for the insured shipping, it was suppose to be 5 business days for production and 7 to 10 days for shipping, after 2 weeks I contacted them via email, this on Dec 10,2018, got no response, after telling them I was going to file a complaint she said it would be two or three more days and then 7 to 10 more days for shipping. The woman that responded to this email, was amber. On Dec.15,2018. I told her if I did not have it before Christmas I was going to dispute the charge and then on 12/15/2018 she said that it was being shipped to New Jersey, their central distributing office, and as of now I still have heard nothing. She offered a 20 percent refund if not here before Christmas, this was NOT a Christmas gift it was for his Birthday!!! This place is a scam and needs to be shut down.
