My 77 year old mom has final stages of COPD and is in assisted living. All of her old travel oxygen was too heavy for her so she searched the web for a portable oxygen machine. She found myoxygenconcentrator.com and ordered a $499 oxygen machine. She accidentally used a wrong delivery address (she is not ordering online anymore). She emailed support and they gave her a tracking number that was in Illinois (she lives in Southern CA). They then gave her another tracking that was sent back to Rancho Cucamonga 3 hours from us. We asked for a refund and Martina Elise from support said she had given her the proper info and the product was already delivered. This is a huge scam. They have now put the webpage under construction when it was up yesterday. People that pray on sick old people should be arrested.
