Hi,
I ordered a Hello Kitty Mirror back in June. Money was taken out of my account immediately. Numerous emails later and they told me the mirror was lost in transit and they couldn't refund my money. Never sent another one. [email protected] is the email address.

I ordered a Hello Kitty vanity mirror off an ad TikTok on June 28, 2023. I was told I would have my mirror within 7-12 business days. I had gotten a tracking update in the Shop app. After a week, the updates stopped. I contacted them via email and have consistently emailed back and forth getting the same response, that they are very sorry for the delay. I asked for a refund and sent a screenshot of their refund policy and they said unfortunately they couldn’t issue a refund and they would send another mirror out. I again asked for my money with no response.
