Bought a 360 rotating shoe rack from a TikTok ad from this website called “My Home Upgrade” for $49.99 back on June 8th 2023. It tracked all the way up to leaving china and has stayed the same since. I emailed them and got no answer on where my package was. I went back to the website today and saw that there were multiple bad reviews saying it was a scam and they never got their product or money back. People saying they don’t answer emails and even as far as to sending the wrong package to the wrong state claiming it was delivered. The reviews even point out that they don’t show any reviews on their page but the 5 star ones. They had to click 5 stars to be able to post their reviews about the scam. I checked again and they only charged me $49.99 with no tax (I’m so dumb for not noticing) so at this point I’m sure I got scammed. I also went to the contact page through the Shop Package Tracking App and found another email linked to this website: [email protected] so that might be who you can track this back to. I emailed all the different emails I could find and still no answer.

Ugh, same story down to the purchase month! I ordered mine in June and the tracker still says 9-10 business days out for delivery and it’s been like that for 2 months now. I don’t order too many things on IG & TikTok, but the things I have came, so it never crossed my mind this would be a scam until months passed by. I hope they catch these guys!

Yep! Same thing happened to me. I found your post using this email: [email protected]. However, it was under the company name of Infinity Mirror and I ordered off of Facebook. The website is no longer available and I can’t even find the post anymore. The person is not responding to my emails anymore but did respond once. Her supposed name is Amanda Long. I can’t believe I fell for this also.
