I saw an ad on TikTok and I really liked it so I decided to purchase their portable printing camera and it was $20 and they had extra rolls of printing paper that was an additional $5 which I also decided to buy so I spent $25 which isn’t a whole lot but it is when I never got the product or anything saying where this package is or when it would be arriving. On top of that with the text message I received there is a link to their “website” and they it’s no longer available

I ordered this back in October and have yet to receive it. I have emailed and no one has gotten back to me. If it is not gonna get sent out, I would rather get my money back now!

MyPrintie was supposed to be a mini, portable, ink-less printer that I saw on a TikTok ad. I ordered one with my credit card for a “limited time 50% off deal” ($20) and then one for my mom using her credit card. The website said it shipped in 4-6 days. After 10 days, I went on their website to find only one source of contacting the company. I emailed them and I am here another 6 days later with no package and no response. I see on TikTok now that many people had the same issue.
