I placed an order for an Encanto movie poster on 1/10/22. I was given a tracking number. On 1/24/22 I sent an email under the contact us tab and was told due to Covid-19 shipments are delayed. On 2/17/22 I again asked where my order was and was told:

We apologize to keep you waiting and for the inconvenience. I’ve checked your order and according to our team, your order is completely shipped and still in transit. Rest assured that we will comply with your order as we also want you to get the monetary worth.

The tracking number I was given simply states a label was created. Today is 3/3/22 and still no poster.

I got curious and looked up this company to find this is what they do! They take your money and blame it on Covid-19 that shipments are delayed.

I was looking for a poster to buy and while looking I unfortunately found this site with the exact poster I wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else. In my excitement I purchased it without thinking. I then got an email for a discount to get another poster and thought what the hell, why not?

It was only after then that I thought about what I had done and that maybe I should have looked more into the site before I made a purchase. Sure enough, multiple reviews showed that there was a risk it was a scam. The additional fact that once I purchased the items, there was no way to cancel the order made me more nervous. But I figured I play it out, as not all reviews claimed scam (probably fake reviewers but that’s just an assumption).

Sure enough, only one of my posters has been “shipped” and the other still only says “Label created”. And the shipped poster hasn’t moved from its location in a week. This is clearly a scam. Do not buy.

The worst shopping experience online.I paid and ordered a few posters. No email was sent, finally after asking I got a shipping number from china. When I checked it the number did not exist. When i asked why I began to get concerned. I checked my paypal and the funds were send to a Russian account not US. This confirmed my suspicion this business is not legit. I waited over a month and nothing. Paypal themselves instantly refunded me as they did not hear from the seller. Avoid this company is scamy and not honest. Today I opened my door and the item arrived in a tube but NO poster. They are thin see through fake silky fabric with prints on them. Why call sell this when you advertise MOVIE POSTERS. Avoid this company. I cannot believe they are allowed to even trade. Ridiculous.

Ordered a car poster for my boyfriend and I got a tracking number the next day but
my parcel hasn’t moved from El Monte CA, which is barely three hours from where I live. Was told it was delays due to Covid but that’s probably a lie since everyone has gone back to work and nothing else I’ve ordered has been delayed like that. It’s stuck on “shipment received- awaiting acceptance” and has been for going on 2 months. I emailed the company and they fought with me over and over for a month before only giving me 50% of my money back. I contacted usps numerous times and have been told every time that they have not received the parcel. I’m so upset because I’m young and barely get much money so when I do, I use it wisely. They are unhelpful and unwilling to solve issues. After a while they just started ignoring my emails and now I’ve gotten no further help with my issue.

so i recently ordered 2 posters from this website, one on January 1st and the other on January 4th. i received a tracking number for each order a day after ordering each one, but my order hasnt moved. i emailed the company about to which Cyril responded that it was due to covid delay but after reading reviews about this company, im not sure ill receive my posters. i order these posters with a visa giftcard, so if i wanted a refund..there no possible way i could get one which sucks. but please stay weary of this website. i hope i receive my posters:/

I ordered 3 posters on 11/22-order #ORDER 68733. I have checked over and over again for my order to have moved from status "shipment received"-waiting for package acceptance. I assumed it was a delay related to Covid/holidays so I bought a replacement for my daughters present. We are now nearly a month and half since it supposedly was ready for shipment processing. I need either a refund,($54) or to know when this order is truly shipped. Providing a tracking # only one day after order and processing payment immediately,(Paypal) but no updates and no emails back from CS. Please be wary of this company as their website goes in/out from day-day.

I ordered a poster 10/22. It had a tracking number the same day. It is 11/28 and still no package. When I write customer service a guy named Cyril won't give me a refund. He completely ignores that I ask for my money back. Pretty sure at this point it's a robot.

Ordered three posters. Only 1 of 3 arrived and it took over 3 weeks They are not posters. They are prints on some kind of mesh PVC super thin material that rips easily and is almost see through. Material actually reminds me of the material used for iron on images. I contacted customer service and they said "we are sending the 2 missing poster free of charge" as if that means anything. Another month went by and nothing has arrived. No response from customer service. Total scam and a theft experience.

Ordered poster 7 weeks ago. Received tracking # stating it shipped. Every time I check tracking # is tells me it’s still sitting in CA. Reached out to company 4 times and receive the same copied and posted response that they assure me I will get it and it’s just “in transit”. I filed a BBB complaint hoping to get a resolution.

I came across “My Hot Posters” looking for BLM posters. I came across the poster of the movie “The Hate You Give” and it was $9.90 for a 19x13 poster free of shipping. I ordered it a month ago and every time I check on the delivery status, It says that It’s still located in El Monte California. I should’ve gotten my poster at the most of 3 weeks after I had ordered it but it still hasn’t come. I looked on Youtube to see if any reviews were made and nobody has posted a video on it. This website is suspicious and I don’t think my poster is ever going to come. However, the money for my poster has already been deducted from my card.

I ordered from this company, I bought 2 sets of posters from them, one set for $78.59, and one set for $51.19, I was told it was shipped by email, and given tracking numbers, when I went and checked the tracking app, it said package accepted, but the order hasn't moved, I contacted the company by email 3 times asking a status check on my orders, since either order hasn't moved from the package accepted, in my experience when the tracking says package accepted and then never moves from that, it usually means that the package was never sent, I've done research, and read reviews and complaints about this company, people complaining about never receiving orders, never being contacted by the seller, and no customer service at all, myhotposters hasn't responded to my emails, haven't answered my question about the status check of my orders, never answered my question as to why the order hasn't moved, I even questioned them about they're intention on if they even shipped the orders, I've never received a reply back, I went through PayPal on this order, so I'm hoping to at least get my money back, but I saw there's complaints about this website and company on ScamPulse.com website and I'm sure that they are a fraudulent company, if I haven't received a response about my questions to them, then the tracking numbers are probably fake, I saw complaints about that also on the ScamPulse.com website, I don't know how this company continues to sell they're posters online when they're just stealing from customers, that's basically what they're doing, they are a shame.
