Someone called here 2 weeks ago offering Covid 19 tests. 8 tests just came in the mail. I told them by phone we did not want tests. They knew name and address, and birthdate. We gave them no info.

Fraudulent Company!!

This company billed my elderly parents for video appointments that they never had! Not sure if the doctors are real or who is actually doing the billing but this is disgusting.

This company is as fony as they come! They billed Medicare for $150! The Dr I never heard of and when I looked her up, she is based in Florida! I live in Ca. I never had a phone appt with her! So glad they were turned down for payment! SCAM!

Scam calls to seniors

My mother in law has dementia and answers every call. Within the last 6 months we have taken any important cards, paperwork, etc away. Of course not before this scammer called 8/17/21. On 3/14/22 her supplemental insurance company sent an EOB denying a claim that her Medicare coverage denied. The claim was from My Doctors Live LLC for $150 filed almost 7 months later. I handle all her medical…meds, doctors, testing, etc…so I know that this is BS. There was never ANY visit, even tele-med. Glad the insurance companies denied the claim. Interested to see if MY Doctors Live sends a bill. Some seniors are so vulnerable shame on these people and all the others that take advantage of them!

Envelope received (typed label) from My Doctor's Live 170 Fitzgerald Rd STE 1 regarding genetic testing that was done on a family member (not true) however had their Name Address and Birthdate, so called results were enclosed, 2nd page from "Bio Choice" Laboratory 7505 Fannin Street Suite333 out of Houston, TX with a Lab Director of "Nooranissa Pasha" Doctor exist, just not with this group. The email address given is https://www.nsgc.org, when you contact the "Patient Service Specialist" directly 321 350-0536, you speak with a man thats unprofessional needing additional information in order to proceed.

BEWARE DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION!
