These people are scam artist, except not very good at it. Told me I had to pay with cash app in 2 payments. One for part & one for ups. After paying the ups charge the bank stopped the second payment. Praise God. When I asked for them to refund my money they said I owed them money for a restocking fee. This was for a part I hadn't even paid for & hadn't shipped. When I called the customer service # I never told the woman my name & yet she new why I was calling! When I questioned that she said the mechanic (Lee Wilson) had spoken to her. Everyone I spoke to sounded like the same person with a different name. This place is a total scam. The invoice I requested doesn't even have a company 3491 Hooper Rd. New Windsor, Md. 21776 or phone #. It also doesn't show cost of part & shipping separately, it's a lump sum total. No business does that.

I tried to order a used part from My auto parts service, was told the part was damaged during shipment and they would send ma another part.I waited for two weeks and got nothing.kept calling and being transferred from one mechanic to another “so called mechanic” and was put on hold and eventually was hung up on. This went on for weeks. Finally I decided to file for a return and refund and they agreed to it.Now the phone number is no longer in service and I’m out about $90.00 and credit card info.Don’t do business with this company they are a scam.

I’ve been in contact trying to get a part from them for a week and the same person answers the phone with a different name and when I ask to speak to the person I talked to before they tell me they are unavailable amd the manager even tells me that he cant look up my purchase info. I’ve already given them my payment info because they told me they had the part i have been looking for because this is supposed to be a salvage yard with used parts and they have to remove it from the vehicle. The people on the phone speak with a foreign accent. Im afraid they are waiting until my tax refund hits the bank and them drain my account. If this is a legit business they are very unprofessional.
