I ordered a hoodie from them and I am still waiting for it is shouldn’t take this long for the product to arrive I think that this website is a scam don’t buy if u Order. They won’t reply to email or phone. And they say they from New York but the shipping is from china.

Waste of money. Been over a month can't get a response by E-mail or phone. No Idea where my item is or a refund. Called their number and straight to voice-mail. Probably a loss.

They do not have a working phone number. You can only leave messages. They WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS!

I got my items, it was late and the tracking number was bogus but the item was what they said it would be. Right sizes, good material, and proper image. I had put a dispute in with my credit card and I cant help but feel like that was a contributing factor.

I ordered from them and never got it when I check my order it hasn't even shipped but paypal wont give me my money back because some how they were able to convince them that I already received it. And It wasn't stolen because it was supposed to be delivered at a PO Box.

I've ordered two items from them in on Oct 26,21. And still have not recieved them. They sent me an email asking if I liked the products? How can you like something you don't have. Have filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back. This person or company is such a jerk. The BBB. Should be checking this out. I have complained to them as well. Supposed to be located in Canada.

I ordered one and it says Redemacy online is who I paid. It had a padlock and everything. Wtf. I have been ripped off before but not when it had a ? on the payment.

I will NEVER order from place again, more customer service, can't get a hold of any1, you can't leave a message on the website, I've left several voice-mails to no avail, it took 23 days to get my daughter's Sweatshirt that is too small she wears a small in ladies & I got her a medium! I'm going to complain to the BBB that's for sure. I don't know if the Attorney General can help but it's worth a try. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They're a joke.

I made the mistake of purchasing a hoodie for my grandson and paid with PayPal. That was December 17th. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and will be escalating that soon. I have called the only numbers I can find repeatedly and reached out by email almost every day to no avail. I cannot even get a response no matter what.

My boyfriend purchased a hoodie and it's been over 4 months. I've emailed them 4 times and each time I've gotten the same response, due to Covid and a high volume of sales, that they will notify me when the item has shipped. Well it hasn't shipped because he hasn't received his hoodie. Karma is a _________.

Got my hoodie. Very cheap and looks like a homeless guy wore it in an alley for a week. I want my money back.

Everything about this company is fake..fake tracking numbers, fake merchandise, fake emails you get when you try to reach them..fake phone numbers..they, have their products sent and returned to different countries.. scam artist! Because they have that fake tracking number.. your Banking institution Will not refund your money.. before I order anything else from any company. Going to see if they have any complaints!

I order 5 Hoodies from 3D Hoodies. I ordered 4XXL and 1 XL from this company. What I received was 5 Hoodies that was 3 time smaller then US XXL, or XL. I tried calling them back several times even leaving my phone number for them to call me back and received nothing. I paid $134.00 for the Hoodie and I even posted the size difference on their website and still no response from their company. Below is the size difference. Their Hoodies doesn’t have any give or does the material stretch

I ordered and paid for a Autism 3D Puzzle sweatshirt for my son who is Autistic on 04/16/19. I was advised it would take 14-21 days to receive. I still have not received it. I have sent 4 emails to- [email protected] advising them that my merchandise has not been received. I was advised that everything was delivered to me in Aurora IL, I live in Bensalem PA. There is no phone number to reach anyone and there is no way of obtaining the so called original tracking/package number that would prove it was sent through either USPS or Fed Ex.
