We're in the UK - have been in correspondence with 'Rob Martins Inc' this week also - very similar to the above situations, although we haven't yet got to the part about paying a shipping company yet, I got suspicious when the items he is trying to order from us are not only available in the US directly, but also for a slightly lower cost than we have quoted him without shipping included.

This is the information he gave us, different phone number and address, but it's too similar to not be the same scam.

We originally received the below via our website contact form and have been in correspondence until yetsterday when we finally got a shipping address from him, to be given a residential San Diego address. The order total in GBP is £6000 before shipping.

Robert Miller with R & M Inc reached out to us via our website ********************************, he wanted to purchased 50 dock bumpers @ $146 each, for a total of $7,300. He requested we use a freight company named Sky Birds Logistics to ship the product to J W Co 521 *** ***** ***** Honolulu, HI 96813. We emailed Sky Birds Logistics for a freight quote, Neil Hoover emailed back the freight quote for $4,890.50. Robert requested we add the freight cost into our invoice which was for the amount of $12,449.50. He submitted payment via a CC 5528 5188 2101 9067 11/24 608, billing address ** **** *** West Windsor, NJ 08550. Robert was insisting that we provide payment to Sky Birds Logistics right away so we wouldn't lose the quoted freight We discovered this was s cam after unable to find neither the business or freight comaony on a google search.

"Marc Webb" has contacted us by email on numerous occasions wanting to pay for thousands of dollars in metal supplies to be shipped by his recommended shipping company to Hawaii or another far off state. We are a locally owned small business and only do business locally. He claims he will pay the full amount by emailed invoice or over the phone. He sent his business address:113 Crown Cir,

San Francisco, CA 94080. It's not a business location, it's a home address.
