Issue just like above. But some minor changes, beware.
A company pretending to be Microsoft somehow got access to freeze my computer. A pop up said I had a Trojan and to call Microsoft w a number listed. I was following their directions and they tricked me into giving them remote access to my computer. They said my home network was compromised. They said their company MWDN web services LLC was a vendor of Microsoft and could fix it for $220.19. They told me to authorize a transaction using Plastiq. I called my bank to make a stop the transaction. Please BEWARE

I was following their directions and they tricked me into giving them remote access to my computer. They said my home network was compromised. They said their company MWDN web services LLC was a vendor of Microsoft and could fix it for $349.99. They told me write a check n took picture of my check w my face in picture. I truly thought they were helping me bc they kept showing me codes n told me system was compromised by the tiny banker Trojan. I stopped the check, reported it to my bank and changed my passwords. They still r calling me but I don’t answer
