MVF Brands Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

They were selling a product (deodorizer) which I wished to purchase. It came with a warranty I elected, which automatically enrolled me in a recurring charge I didn't realize (predatory). It took me two months after the initial purchase to realize they were charging me $31.73 monthly. I called customer service on 10/18/26 and told them I am not interested in a subscription, I wasn't aware I'd elected one, and I no longer want any services or charges. They advised me they were canceling and that I would receive an email confirmation. Still waiting on that confirmation.
