I recieved this text message today. I didn't quite believe it, so I googled the Multi-State Lottery Association and the first thing to come up was the BBB. I saw that someone had posted the EXACT same text message as the one i recieved, with the only difference being the contact phone number used.

Here is the full text i recieved:
