Hello,
I hope this email finds you well.
Your mtibio Handbook will be delivered early next week. We have put together employment forms, tax forms, and job-related information that you need to know, as well as other documents that must be filled out and provided for background checks.
Your startup check is attached to this email. The funds are for your equipment, installation, and delivery. Please pay close attention to this instruction.
* You are to print the attached check on a paper
* Cut out the edges of the front and back of the check
* Endorse the back of the check with your signature and write " For Deposit Only "
* Make a remote capture from your bank app (Mobile Check Deposit )
* Once deposited, funds will be available for use immediately or the next business day.
* You will then scan or take a picture of the deposit receipt as proof of deposit and send it to complete this task, after which I will forward it to the accounts department, and they will clear you to resume the second part of the task. (Cover your personal information on the deposit receipt before sending).
Let me know as soon as this is completed.
